According to 2019 IDC research, digitally transformed organisations in Singapore are seeing positive business outcomes such as reduced planning cycles and increased productivity level of 30% than those who do not.

Despite this, the research also shows that as many as 40% of local organisations are not embracing workforce transformation. One main reason is the ability to justify whether the technological investments can generate higher returns.

To deliver the ROI that businesses are seeking, organisations should leverage leading-edge technologies such as automation and artificial intelligence. To do these, they need to have mature levels of data governance and management. In addition, workplace virtualisation which enhances organisational efficiency, is another lever helping to drive success in today’s fast-paced work environment. All in all, these technologies should also be governed by a sound security strategy implemented as part of the organisation’s overall digital initiative by-design and on purpose and not just an afterthought.

As the business landscape and emerging technologies evolve, how can organisations fuel a winning business case in driving organisational value with future of work initiatives?

Join us at HKBN JOS FutureTech 2020, an annual full day conference and hear from our industry analyst partner, IDC and subject matter experts on pertinent IT topics and modern business challenges!
